When we invoke the Name of Jesus reverently, we are asking Jesus’ help. Jesus is God, the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, so He is all-wise, all-knowing, all-present, and almighty!
The devil hates the Name of Jesus and is conquered by it. When you are tempted, when you are in trouble, when things are going well or when life is falling apart, pray the Name of Jesus!
