In our busy lives when it can be all too easy to lose sight of God, it is helpful to memorize a number of short prayers that we can pray when we have a spare moment or two, or when we are doing something which doesn’t require our full concentration.

One easy way (at least for some people) to memorize a prayer is just to pray it often. Without your even realizing it, you may find you have memorized the prayer!

Three great prayers to pray often and memorize are the acts of faith, hope and charity (love). With these traditional prayers of Holy Mother Church, we profess our faith, hope, and love, and our willingness to strive to grow in these three theological virtues.

Pray (and learn!) these three beautiful prayers!
