• Who are the Knights of the Holy Eucharist?

The Knights are single Catholic men seeking to follow Christ more closely by living--in community--a life totally dedicated to the service of God and His Church.

• What do the Knights do?

The Knights protect Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament, as well as the Shrine and the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration. They serve all the Masses, Benedictions, and Healing Services and take care of the 400 acres of Monastery property or anything else needed by the Nuns. Click HERE for more about what the Knights do.

• Where do the Knights live?

The Knights live on the property of Our Lady of the Angels Monastery in Hanceville, Alabama. The Knights' residence, designed as a barn, also houses visiting priests, religious, and seminarians.

• How does one become a Knight?

• Do the Knights take vows?

The Knights do not profess vows. We currently make commitments of one year at a time to serve Our Lord through our work at Our Lady of the Angels Monastery. During our commitment we make promises of poverty, chastity, and obedience.

• How many Knights of the Holy Eucharist are there in the community?
